'92 Justy Help!! URGENT

I have a 1992 Justy 3dr 1.2si Gem 4Wd, which has just failed the M.O.T.
The rear axle bushes are worn out.(these are the large bushes mounted at either side of the car just in front of the rear wheels & are supporting the axle member that goes around the diff). How do I replace them. My local Subaru dealer was struggling to get the parts let alone change them! I have searched the WEB but no luck as yet. Does any one know
of a web site? PLEASE HELP ME !!
