All was requested was a small banner for the regional org and did he get one NO.
I believe he was told you would send one out .
The Jap car show was enjoyable (nottingham ish)
When i found the stand. ( org did his best , without any suport from sidc)
O and is it just me but i have had 2 mags, 2 stickers and a tax disc holder for me £20 ish.
Had to pay delivery charge on one of the mags
rant over.

steve

Might be there again tomorrow as the little un and missus enjoyed it as well.

Would agree with Steve, we are not well supported out here unless you can afford a trip to the Isle of Man, which we all can (not !)

you only had to drive about 30 seconds down the road and you would have been in the service park for one of the biggest rallies in the UK, the Dukeries Rally. I was there with the escort cosworth. You would have seen so many Scoobs and EVO's being put to proper use your eyes would have popped out! LOL

Thumbs up

John,

I had a good day out at the Dukeries, counted 14 scoobs in the Forest pines spectators car park, so a few turned up.

Must be the worse dust I've seen on those stages, had a shower and a bath when I got home.
Jap Car show Sunday. Good Weekend

Exclamation

If you have a gripe with the SIDC, why not just quietly email one of the committe members responsible, or at worse use the SIDC forum? Perhaps a more *tactful* approach than splashing it on here.......

SIDC - some of people put in a lot of time and effort for free and hats off to them, but IMHO unless you want to do track days it's a waste of £20 - you get far more info on here for free.

I'm sure it's great value for some and at the end of the day £20 is not that much - but it is worth questioning what you get for your money and whether it's worth it to you otherwise you just get disappointed which results in posts like this........
