Hopefully spotted all the Gatso Cameras and Truvelos on the A14 and A1 this weekend, these roads must now be so safe! What if I had McLaren F1 or Jag XJ 220 would it be possible to be travelling so fast that you were too quick for the camera or sensors in the road? I don't know how many lines are painted or how far apart they are but as two pics have to be taken for evidence is it possible not to be on the second pic and therefore get away with it.All hypothetical of course.

Yes it is possible. If you are travelling at over 155 Mph they will take the 1st photo and by the time the second photo is taken you will out of shot. They need 2 photos to prosecute. So in theory you can outrun the camera.
