Default Grind/rattle noise after new competition clutch and flywheel - 2003 sti

I had the kit fitted over a year ago and from day 1 it started to make this noise. The garage that fitted it will not take any responsibility for the noise. The rattle goes when you press the clutch. Is really bad when the revs dip when you put the air con on. Noise goes after 1500rpm. Also makes the noise for a second when you turn the car off. If you turn the car off with clutch press - no noise. They changed all the diff oil also. Any ideas anyone before I take it to Subaru Spain!!! Apart from that it drives perfectly. We had the on the ramp and is not a heat shelf. The noise is more of a grind/rattle.

Hearing the noise would help, I have a stage 4 cc with lightened flywheel, had the clutch replaced by cc after 2 years, unfortunately not under warranty but at cost direct from them.
After some back and forth and many pictures they inadvertently admitted it looked like the friction disk material had separated from the actual disk which is why I got it at cost which was better than nothing, it also scored the clamping surface so needed the complete clutch.

Anyway, the first one always had an almost fstfstfst sound with slight rattle on pressing the clutch in from day 1, weirdly the replacement made the same sound but no rattle although the fstfst is becoming more prominent as time goes by, at this stage I'd say we get what we pay for, there's a reason a stage 4 cc is a quarter of the price of an exedy, they are good clutches, the material on the disk just seems to wear too quickly. I'll be looking at seeing if any other friction disks will work with it when it comes time to replace mine.
