For USDM cars they have a "clutch" switch plus security "starter cut" relay and a "starter interlock" relay in the circuit as below
Under this "warm condition" will the starter operate if these are bypassed with a wire direct from the battery to the starter motor solenoid??

Or the starter motor on its way out , i had that on an old vauxhall , the stater motor was fine the solenoid was the issue , it would get hot and not fire the starter motor , i had a small piece of metal and would short it , another thing to check when it does not start , rock the car in gear and see if it will fire up afterwards

It’s a bit rare but had similar issue
When it’s warm and won’t start, does it smell of fuel?
if it does could also be engine temp sensor to ECU not the Temp sensor to Gauge
basically it’s reading -128*c ( although gauge saying hot) and trying to start in VERY cold start mode(old school choke Fully on) when cars actually hot.
