Default Digital clock bulb (classic)

Anyone know which bulb is needed, as I'd rather only take the cluster out once.
I think it's different to all the other bulbs in the cluster and sits behind the led next to the rev counter.
(I'm not bothering with replacing a capless bulb with an led type bulb)

Hi, not ignoring you, I changed that bulb last year, but just can't remember it's details.... except that I was able, to remove the bulb and its holder without totally withdrawing the cluster just by getting my hand around the back once I'd tilted it forward.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping only to get to it once to change after 22 years, because I once owned a Volvo 480 where the dash bulbs regularly blew, and it was a pig to get the cluster out and the dash connectors out and back in without breaking anything!

Subaru can't help in identifying / supplying, so I'll get the bulb out but won't put the dash back twice.

If you can remember the bulb type, or where from, let me know !

I think I remember the bulb is inserted in a holder which you remove from the cluster with quarter turn and pull. You then unwrap the wires from the bulb holder and then you can pull the bulb from the holder. I think that's how it went. I'll add any more info as I recall it... unless some other forum member contributes more helpfully.
I think they're like these....
Google RS 360-7913
p.s. Don't lose the holder!

Just a quick disclaimer!.... Those bulbs in the RS ref above are used to illuminate the switches...I bought mine from Maplins (RIP) so I'm not sure if I'm confusing the 2...so best take it out and look before ordering.
