Default ScoobyClinic reviews?

Hi all,

Been away from Subarus for some time now and just wondering if ScoobyClinics rep has changed much in the last few years? Are they still decent?

Looking at a car that has had a complete engine build via them, will be calling them this week to have a chat to them about the car and whats been done, to make sure it fits the bill of what I am after. #

Thanks

Been good to us when ever we needed info and the car has never had a problem since the map 3 years ago but next year will be using engine tuner as for the same build was 3k cheaper

Mechanic who is obviously no longer there ragged a customer car down the track that leads to their premises and seemed to take pleasure in banging it over pot holes at high speed.
There is a video somewhere as unfortunately for them the dashcam got it all....

And the Boss backed the employee until the customer was pushed into putting a video of it up, after alot of name calling.

ah, I think I remember the video. Tough situation to be put in.... employer needs to be able to trust employees and customer needs to be able to trust shop.

Poor to deal with - customer service is non-existent. That's being generous.

That episode with the scooby and the potholes would be enough to put me off from going there, also the location, it looks like a run down breakers type yard to look at, not a high end tuning place.

Still as good as ever, only place I will use for work doing on any of the cars. Only thing I would say is follow your gut and speak to them, find out if they did actually carry out the work as with many sellers they claim to have things done by a garage/tuner yet the business knows nothing about it.

Had fantastic work done by Kev and scoobyclinic, both engine work and body work. I take my car to both adgespeed and scoobyclinic depending on what needs doing, if engine work needs doing like upgrades and mapping then scoobyclinic will do it as they sort everything in house whereas adgespeed who is a top guy does my servicing, repairs etc as he’s spot on and I trust him 1 million percent.
