Whichever DTC you have
P0222 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch “B” Circuit Low
P0223 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch “B” Circuit High

I think you will find that unless the loom is damaged between ECU and throttle body, you need the complete throttle body assembly - 16112AA230
