I bought a 2005 Blob Eye WRX about a year ago and I love it. However, I'm getting serious back lower pain whenever I drive more than about 2 miles. by the time I've done 50 it's absolute agony. I've tried adjusting the seats in every possible combination but it doesn't help.

It's the first Subaru I've owned so I have nothing to compare it to but I wondered if anyone else had a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

 

Get some V7 STI bugeye seats problem solved.

 

Bugeye seats are supposed to offer a bit more support, I can't say I've been able to tell tho tbh

 

In what way are they different? I find the problem at the moment is the seats seem to be pushing into my lower back.

 

There's tones of seats too choose from out there. Why not buy some aftermaket seats and go try them out first.
