turbo Rickshaw

Hi everyone as the title says had a 99 turbo 2000 stood for over 5 years , brakes rusted up ect whats the best way to get her running again , is it new battery ,change oil , get it in for service or is there anything else I need to do , ill post some pics up tomorrow Bit weird I know but got a works van so wasn't using it parked on the drive then sort of lost interest but for some reason got a mad urge to drive it again owned it since 2003 ,must be having a mid life crisis or something, thanks for any advice much appreciated .

There a few similar posts on here , if it was mine , check fluids , check cam belt is ok , start it let it run , let it warm up , then oil coolant brake fluid plus every thing else and cam belt would be due too , plus by the sound of it discs and pads
