Haha! Yes, but....we went in my mates van to the motorbike shop it Witney - Mikes Motorcycles, really good friendly guys in there. I don't even ride a motorbike but they make us so welcome there, always biscuits and coffee lol.

My mate has 2 Honda CR500's from there - a 1986 and a 1987 and also a 1979 Honda monkey bike, so we're often up there for bits. Harry Metcalf is also a customer of Mike's, he services all his motorbikes. One day I hope to be there when Harry turns up!

Rad still behaving, seemingly a false alarm - rare for me that! Done several mixed drives now, rad has stayed dry, overflow bottle fine. I think I was just paranoid about the overflow tank cold level - I think my builder probably drained and removed removed the rad recently when he fitted me a new 12mm oil pump and oil pickup tube, so I was unsure of the true new cold level.
Panic over...for now

There's also this style from some STI's:

Ultra Racing also make ones similar to the Kein's that I think are in addition to the stock supports.

In theory it'll stop the whole the front end effectively pivoting below the windscreen as it's actually quite a small part of the body when you've stripped it all back and a lot of load will going through there from the weight of the engine and forces from the front suspension. Haven't finished the car yet so all of that is theory and how I understand what they do but have no real world experience.
