Default A pillar pod fitting ?

Hi all I have bought one of these pillar pods
http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/pro...oducts_id=4630
How the hell does it go on. It is just an empty shell and has nowhere to put the clips on the back. Does it replace the one that is there now or just go over the top.?
Thanks in advance for any help
