Absolutely fantastic mate, credit to you. in 2003 I was 20 and I seen Subarus about but could never afford them, I actually sat in 1 in carcraft around 2003, a blobeye sti and it was surreal. At the age of 30 I owned my first which was a imported wrx and I’ve had 4 sti’s since.....2 spec ds and 2 blobeye stis...absolutely love them

We bought our blob WRX in June 2003 couldn't afford the STI at the time, as we were both only 23 and insurance was bad enough for the wrx

There's someone else on here who has a one owner classic from something like 1997, but I can't remember who it is

yeah , although is "looks" good ...my car was actually due in the bodyshop for a full respray this week (a few dings and sorts), but the government put a stop to that !

all depends on where you go, had quote of £4k+, to £ 2.5+, but the paint work on my car is very very good for the age of the car ...so less work/prep for the bodyshop, so yours might be different , just get a few quotes from trusted bodyshops and go from there .

Also the P1 is increasing in value everyday ...it will offset the respray cost when /if I do sell it .

Oh man, these threads are the worst. They always make me want to chop the impreza in and get a classic...

Anyone want to buy a one careful owner, 46k miles, 2003 WRX? Never raced or rallied

It's not so good in the interior comfort department, but the shell is rust free
