Default Help i am confused!!

Ok so i am looking to buy an STI but after reading i am confused with the comparison of the UK 2.0 and the JDM 2.0.

I have read numerous different arguments.

Does a 2004 UK Blobeye STI have forged Pistons or Cast?

I have read that the JDM has better internals, however, another post said the Pistons in a 2004 -2006 JDM are not forged and the UK cars have stronger Pistons? Is this correct.

I have seen 3 stunning mint examples and struggling to decide?

1) 2004 Blobeye Widetrack UK with only 19000 miles. Looks mint collectors car.

2) 2004 Blobeye Widetrack JDM with only 24000 miles. Looks mint also.

3) 2005 Hawkeye JDM Spec C with 45000 miles. Also looks mint.

Just would love to know the real facts about the better choice and real world difference between the engine internals and strength.

What the pros and cons for each please. I presume i would need to underseal the JDM ones as they are a fresh import?

Help please!!

Here are the links for all three cars.

Whats your thoughts??

I am specifically looking for an immaculate example i can garage and keep. I am a mature owner who has had lots of Jap cars in the past all immaculate including Supra Twin Turbo, GTO Twin Turbo, Skyline , Classic STI, Bugeye STI.

I don't know why but i always found the STI's good fun for a blast on a weekend. Maybe not the fastest but something about the character of them i always missed!!

I have a diesel daily car so just want a mint weekend car for fun.

My choices came down to three very different option:

1) Obviously the STI's

2) 370 Z- I have owned a HR 350Z and loved it so considered a nice 370Z. Like this:

3) E92 M3- Love the V8 sound, never driven or owned one??

I am still not 100% decided and don't want to make the wrong choice.

I know this is a Subaru forum and i am a mature guy and really don't want to start a War, i am just looking for some genuine objective advice from you guys please.

Any advice welcome and if anybody has any real comparable experience with the three cars i would love to hear your honest thoughts please.
