Why ??? Its been tried before and always ends in misery. UK turbo wagons are peanuts now so cant see the point in trying to make one.

Compression is too high on n/a engines for it to be viable …..

If it's a mint shell then buy a damaged or rotten then swap all bits over.

I am building the turbo engine to go in it from an na block and crank with h beam rods aftermarket sti pistons jdm wrx heads cams basicly the same as uk sti the difference between an na engine and turbo engines are the length of the con rods i will have the same compression ratio as an sti i literally need to know what wires i would have to add for the na harness to work with the sti ecu other than swaping out the cam sensor as trying to find a wrx or sti map harness is like finding gold dust

It also has king bearings and arp rod bolts head studs and upgraded case bolts uprated high pressure oil pump 440 cc injectors 450lph fuel pump boost ref fuel reg gd wrx intercooler 3 port mac boost controler sti style radiator plus expansion tank sti turbo sti water pump 1.4 mm mls head gasket el headers sti cat less up pipe and 3" hyper flow de cat down pipe and a complete ovethaul of the gaskets im am machanic/ qualified motorsport engineer so building stuff like this is my kind of thing just ive never really do wiring hence I asked btw the ecu is tuneable as has a 280 whp tune on it will need retuning as running diffrent stuff that previous car

Why not use a WRX or STI engine.

Na and turbo engines have same block and crank exept imports type ra and there sti and the p1 only ones different and have wrx heads and all the things for the turbo set up so might as well use it and want to keep map as is easier to tune plus not resticted to locations like maf engines plus have a modded map sensor that reads up to 5 bar which will run on a stock ecu not that i will be running that much

It might be easier getting the engine harness from another car. In theory it should mate up to the existing car harness

I could be wrong though
