Downloaded cure for cancer software and have completed 99% of the task, but now it says " The UD agent has encountered a problem while attempting to send results to the UD server.

Anyone got any solutions??

P.S. Had this prob. when first downloaded software.

 

It did this to me yesterday. The "problem" may well have been that you weren't online when it finished processing. It ought to sort itself out on its own fairly quickly. Mine did, but not until I'd been online for about 30 minutes.

The UD servers get pretty busy at times and when that happens the UD client can not get a good connect. I find the worse time to be in the evening here in the UK.
