Default New rear shocks - a big help to the front end ! (Classic)

Just had new KYB shocks on the rear and what a difference ! I had the front end all replaced a couple of years ago but I have been unhappy with loose feeling steering, understeer and lift / squeal on right lock when pushed. I had an sti strut brace fitted, the tracking checked at the Subaru garage, had poly bushes and new P zeros but it made no real difference.

New rear OEM shocks, top mounts and springs and it turns in and steers like the ones I had in the 90s and early 2000s, I thought I must have imagined how good they were or the German stuff i'd owned since had just got better.

So a simple lesson for me - if the front end is loose, sort out the rear first, (you idiot).
