Nowt wrong with the speed limited cars out of Japan. I think it's a good idea to prevent much f%ckwittery. It should be law if you have only just passed your test.

It does although sound crazy that UK leaves EU but still follows there rules, whats the point in leaving then lol

All this won't effect me anyway, i don't buy new cars. I'd be more worried about the black box, you can be tracked anywhere completely goes against data protection laws.

idiots will just drive flat to the floor at 29mph, everywhere, roundabouts , kids playing in streets etc.
instead of driving at at a sensible speed for the road condition/hhazards.
