Default Anyone else had issues with H Tune?

As per title, I have been waiting since the 23rd November for over 1k of order, on an original despatch time of 4 to 7 days. It was then confirmed as 4th Dec. Then to the 17th Dec , when I contacted them again, to be told it would be out for delivery the next day. This turned out to be bollocks, as it was then moved to yesterday, the 7th January. Guess what? No communication whatsoever .
Other reviews suggest they don't answer the phone, so I'll see tomorrow.
I understand that under the Consumer Rights Act I am entitled to cancel if not delivered within the contracted timescale, or a reasonable timescale?
Btw, this isn't my first experience of this happening with them, but it will be the last
Please don't waste your time or money with them, unless you have a lot of both spare for waiting.
Rant over. For the moment.

It should be from the US, Invidia. They also ask for reviews but the link expires so fast that you can't reply to it.

Yes I’m waiting on an order that should have been here on the 4th. I’ve messaged them in Dec via FB with a reply and no issues.
hopefully it’ll be here tomorrow or I’ll chase

Debit cards are also protected. I had to get a refund through my bank after Carparts4less failed to deliver some brake pads last year and were unreachable.

I had an email from them last night, claiming it would be out on the 11th, but they didn't say which month!
If they had said at the beginning that it would take several weeks , that would be fine. Modern stock taking and communications means that there is no excuse for not knowing availability or keeping customers informed.
What really gets me riled is that this excuse for a parts supplier has one of the biggest " We put our customers first blah blah" sections that I've ever seen on the net. A bit like going to a **** restaurant that has awards all over the walls.
I bet they won't allow me to review them , even though they say they put up all reviews, good and bad; there's something fishy going on when so many buyers have multiple delays, and yet only indie review sites reflect this

Robsy, what a surprise!. Mine has been updated twice since the last post, to the 18th, and now the 23rd. The gaps between dates are getting smaller, dunno if that's good or bad!!

I had a similar problem when I ordered a new flywheel for the brothers RS4 from newparts.com in the States. Ordered the flywheel on the 21st of December and then heard nothing. Several emails and online chat msgs and still nothing. Ended up opening a case with PayPal and low and behold they suddenly sent the part and provided tracking information.

All I can say is get a dispute opened, sometimes the only way these companies respond

Graeme

Having told them not to deliver until the 24th, in case it turned up, low and behold, I was informed yesterday that it is out for delivery for today.
Terrible customer service, but at least it is on the way, and another 14kg knocked off the spec C

Two months, finally arriving, rearranged delivery with courier 3 times, and got h tune to rearrange, and they still tried to deliver yesterday, when I was on the road. Can't win with this lot. Probably be damaged when it arrives

I’m still waiting..

to be fair to them, I’ve had many emails saying it’s the supplier and every seller is in the same boat waiting.
I don’t mind waiting as I have other things I can crack on with.

latest update is that the part isn’t to the high standards it usually is and there’s another 4wk wait.

my wife ordered a handbag from Kipling and they were 2 weeks late on the delivery date. They gave her a free purse... #justsaying

Not surprisingly they've shut down as H Tune, but probably trading as something else.
