Default TNT Express - Anyone else had issues?

We have been using TNT at work for years, but their performance over the last 12 months in particular has been shocking. Changing express shipments to economy without informing us, trying to deliver items to a company at 6.30pm and wondering why nobody is their and losing quite a lot of items.

I ordered some vinyl flooring from an online supplier that is supposed to be delivered today.......via TNT!

Interlink and DHL always provide a decent time slot for delivery, normally a window of 2 hrs.
TNT - 9am to 6pm!

What ****ing age are they living in?

Surely with the tech now available, is not difficult to give an approx time of delivery. Today, my wife, son and I have been stuck indoors waiting for a delivery that looks like it isn't going to turn up.

What a surprise. Online tracking system says they tried to deliver at 16:50 which they didn't. Just phoned main number and they said that the driver probably ran out of time and just pressed the wrong button.
They now reckon they will deliver tomorrow.

What a bunch of *****. The sad thing, I knew they would f*ck up. And I have just wasted a day.

they do this so when regional managers ect look at the depots it looks like 100% of deliveries were attempted with 0 failed drops so even if they dont go there most companies say they have left a card

very wrong but they all seem to be doing it people need to complain and make sure that someone outside of that depot gets to hear about it not just the depot manager as they will no its happining anyway

I sold something to a guy in Scotland who arranged for TNT to collect and deliver to him. Was supposed to be collected before 12 and delivered before 12 the next day. It was collected 3 days late and arrived 5 days after that, thankfully not smashed to bits though. Useless ****** !!!!

Supposedly, it is out for re-delivery this morning.

I won't hold my breath.
