I have a feeling you'll need to be ET35 or lower to clear the brembos on an STI..... worst case you might need a small slip on spacer. If you're running low, you'll need the arches rolling to not rub when cornering hard.

Yes to all the above, plus you'll have to run crazy camber which will destroy your tyres. I ran 18x8.75" wide wheels on 225/40/18 tyres on my hawkeye and had to run camber bolts all round, run more camber than was ideal and still roll my rear arches. 9.5" wide wheels definitely need all of that plus rota grid drifts will need a 5mm spacer up front if you're running brembo calipers.

Arch enemy is still alive and well mate! It's a side business done by the same guy who runs Carson Performance https://www.carsonperformance.co.uk/copy-of-mig-and-tig-welding

Hit them up on there, you'll have better luck!

I've rolled a few sets of arches on Subarus now. I bought my own arch roller some years back and just got stuck in.

Plus use a decent heat gun and rubber hammer (very gently) to get things started. Keep the panel as hot as possible without burning paint and it will bend without cracking etc. Make sure any paint cracks even minor are filled with paint afterwards, there may be a couple on the inside out of view if not done properly and they need to be sealed so moisture can't get in.
