Turbo change and remap
Went rotated again over stock in my classic rb5 . Took off the s206 and stuck on rcm kit and gt30 .

Ran it @ 1.8 bar . 520 odd v power /550 odd roughly 20 percent meth.

Turbo for sale /down pipe and inlet track 76 mm ( 2 months old ) if you want it raggy ? Made 476 /470 torque 1.7 ish bar .

Be honest not really tried it as when we finished at rcm got all the rush hour traffic . 😖.then was away on holiday . Had a little blip on the motorway in 6th gear and spools well. Graph looks laggy but on the road feels really lovely .

You got any graphs of this? Was speaking with Chevron about converting my LM400 to a similar spec turbo but now also weighing up other options.

Only the on the road software thing that mapper uses which is about as useful as wet toilet paper I can email to you if you want pm me

553hp in an RB5!! feh-herk me..I bet that's a bit lively...I'm guessing the only bit of the original RB5 left is the paint, seats and stickers?

How are you liking it compared to the S206? I’m currently on an S206 but with a 2.1. Looking to go rotated very soon to see over 500 on vpower. I’ve seen a few things about the Garret gt25-660, not sure what to go for. The .##AR confuses me lol

Hi john , not really had a play so much as to compare. Im on a 2.5 with 2.0 v5/6 sti heads and lairy cams. Spool up on the s206 was great . 1.7 bar in 6th @ around 3700 revs . Just fancied rotated again. Will let you know how changing compares .
