Default Help needed - might have gotten scammed

Hello

i have tried to google but cannot find much that makes any sense to me.

I need some help. Short story is i had my engine rebuilt by a company and now parts dont add up when i got the long engine back as i had to have another one fix the first ones mess i got.

I think they changed parts on me

My my car/engine is an STI JDM 2005

I need help with what is what.

I should have my JDM big head ports but i suspect i got cylinder heads back from european WRX/WRX STI.

Also it was fitted (Tomei poncams EJ 207 GDB JDM
143060) but they dont fit properly because the cam gear won't align up to each other so they can't put the cambelt on

Are there any visual difference as in numbers stamped on the cylinder heads? Anyone got any measurements so i can compare?

Looks like they have the r/h inlet & l/h inlet cams in the wrong way.

All the pulleys & cams are marked r/h & l/h if you look closely.

The problem is i don't have the things here so i can't visually inspect them myself. Waiting for pictures from the new engine builder who has it now to fix the mess the first one left.

Sorry - had to. Ignore me. Other people do. My family, for example...
