Default New actuator needed - decent suppliers?

Just had my car mapped and the turbo wont pull the level of boost expected. Mapper seems to think the actuator has probably seen better days. It's a VF37 (twinscroll) I bought from here recently that I was told had been rebuilt around 3000 miles ago and had a billet compressor wheel added. Presumably the soggy old actuator had been put back on it though. It sometimes only pulls to around 1.2 bar of boost but occasionally hits 1.4 but stutters as it passes 1.3.

Anyway, I'm told I need a 0.8 or 1 bar actuator apparently. There are loads on ebay but I want something decent.

Any recommendations for makes or suppliers of these things?

Thanks

Sounds exactly the same as my WRX. Meant to hit 1.5, but never does - usually 1.3 - 1.4 and I had been wondering if it was the 25 year old actuator!

Presume AS Performance, Advanced Automotive or Import Car Parts could provide.
