Decent Spec PC for a decent price

Hi,
anyone know a good place to buy a reasoable spec workstation?
something like P4 2.0ghz+, 1/2 to a 1 gig of RAM, 40gig + high speed HD, aint bothered about sound/video too much.
Thought Dell were cheap until you add a decent level of support, a 256mb upgrade is £99 (wtf!!) delivery etc.
Scan, well everyone I know affectionately calls em Scam cos of delivery problems etc. although it does turn up!
O and Im not one of those builders/overclockers/i've got nothing better to do sorts either, I need to open it plug it in and start working!!!
so anyone else?
