Default Wheels for ABW Classic arches?

Having now decided to go along the ABW route while dealing with my rust, I am looking at what alloys would be needed to fill out the wheel arches.

Iv'e got the 60mm arches but I'm totally confused regarding ET numbers, J9/J10 etc etc.

Having read a few posts I think I'm looking for 18x9.5 or 18x10, however, can anyone shed some light on the off-set I need?

Running 4 pot fronts and 2 pot rears if this makes a difference?

Thanks

Cheers, I like the look of yours with the 9.75’s.

Any tips for fitting the arches?
