My GB270 has been with the garage for 10 months. They used to be reliable. How do I get it back. He is talking the ****.

Heard of a lad who's car was at API for about that length of time, at 1 point someone went down there and the car was'nt even on the premises!

Hope you manage to get sorted, where is it?

Any more information on what it is for? If it's in for a service then 10 months is definitely taking the ****. If it's in for alot of work and you haven't paid the full amount then it's only fair they still have it. Just saying they have it and not giving details doesn't give people much to go on.

It was in for an accident last March. I keep being fobbed off with excuses since July. They keep saying next week it just needs this. Insurance will pay when I get it back. I am being fair, they are not. No comms, I keep having to drive there to get answers. Wish David still owned it, he was great.

I'd suggest getting the insurance company involved to apply some pressure too.

Hi all, car is back. Few teething problems but I have fallen back in love with my GB. Simon has done a very good job, I just wish he was honest with the length of time it was going to take. Hopefully it will all be sorted soon.
