Found this in the boot of my Blobeye Wagon and have absolutely no idea what it is!

Having a laugh obviously (me not the OP). Mud flap off a space rocket? ON/OFF switch from a chocolate tea pot? Think it's official name is "garage ornament" from now on. Sorry I can't help more apart from a little light banter 👍🏼
