Default Bumper gaps

Hi does anyone else have big gaps around the bumper on there blobs like on mine under the headlights I can get my fingers in there and bu the arch it has a lot of play where that screw clip goes

There is always a small gap between the bumper and body mate, especially where the bottom of the headlight meets the bumper (that's usually a bit of a bigger gap). I'd say that your bumper is hanging a bit lower than normal. Check the mounting points and make sure everything is tightened properly.

Ok thanks mate those screw clips by the arches don't seem very secure I put new ones in today they seem to flap around a bit , might put a bolt and washer in there

Those gaps are too big. The pics really helped. As said check that everything is tight. Is it possible that it has been bumped in the past and had a rough repair, hope not though.

Are all the plastic push clips in place along the top of the bumper?

Yer all the clips are in but seems those screw clips don't get good grip , it's definitely had a slight bump on passenger side

The bumper mounting bar may be corroded,my classic is similar with the gaps due to a rusty bar,I've got a new one to replace it when I get time.
