Removing stock map / boost solenoid check engine light

Removing stock map / boost solenoid check engine light
wrx sti version 3.
Apexi power fc ecu + Apexi AVCR
after installing the avcr and disconnecting the stock map sensor and boost solenoid i noticed the check engine light stayed constantly on, i plugged the connectors back into the harness for them and the light went back off . im just wondering what the solution is to permanently remove them without having the engine light on ?
just trying to remove anything thats no longer needed and declutter that area as its where i mounted the apexi parts.
