Awesome car I love it
Hi guys not posted for a while it's been nearly a year since I bought my 07 jdm sti last of the hawk eye 2ltr engine & I must say WHAT A CAR it's awesome puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. It's my second car & only comes out in the dry it's kept clean & dry it's better looked after than the wife lol. Well guys it was help on here that helped me buy the right car so thank you very much. I've not had anything to keep up with it so far & god knows what it would do top end I've calculated that at 6000rpm it does 150mph it limits out at 8000rpm so I would expect at least 160, I'll never be brave enough to find out thou. What do you think about the new shell v power? Is it still 99ron or what? The v power nitro was not sure now.
All the best guys. Happy motoring 😀.

Pretty certain the latest V power also contains ethanol where the older vpower didn't.
Good/bad depending on where you stand, all I know is it's a pain in the **** during winter storage with a vented fuel system and you have anything metal in the fuel system. Over one winter it made a right mess of the carbs on my Kawasaki H1
It'll be fine for you so long as you store over winter with a full tank and have decent quality fuel hoses (some aftermarket hose will perish alarmingly quick, the factory original hose is generally ok).
