Default Cae shifters

Hi just wondering if anyone has used or has one of these shifters? I've always liked them and have always wanted one but haven't heard a lot about them in the Subaru community.

Id like it for my Subaru classic which has a 6 speed non dccd gearbox fitted

Never heard of them before but have had a look & they are stunning, pricey but very very nice.Couldn't really justify the cost on my old Classic but looking at getting a much newer STI next year & this will be one of the first mods to go on it.

I'm going to buy the cae race edition shifter for my classic in a few months, as I've always wanted one and have only heard the best of things about them

For what they cost you'd be better selling your non Dccd box putting that money to it and getting a Dccd gearbox, that's an improvement/upgrade.
I don't see the advantage of these

I didn't want a dccd box setup i wanted a non dccd as I don't see the advantage of a dccd for a track/fast road car

Don't see the advantage! You can change whole characteristics of the car for the better. Especially on a track

Why not buy a regular quick shifter and and extension bar for the stick? That's essentially what it is/does. Or just buy the Ikeya formula sequential kit for a little more

I don't know how you can't see the advantage of Dccd yet there's an advantage to a £1000 gearstick
