Help - I need to disable my ultrasonics

I need this info, pretty sharpish 
, so tht's why it's in general 
I have a MY98 Sport, with a CAT1 Sigma.
Can anyone tell me how to disable the interior ultrasonics , but leave the other sensors on.

With the ignition ON, quick press the alarm fob. Then switch the ignition OFF, leave the car, close the doors and arm the alarm as usual. The indicators should flash 8 times. Done.
