I've been doing my UK turbo research for months and have concluded that as a second hand buy the 1999 version is the best. It was the first model to have vented disks all round, clear lens headlights, 2-vane bumper, altered grill, and a whole host of other bits and bobs. The 2000 model has a few other changes to the interior and different alloys but the ECU was altered to meet emissions and is slower. I drove an MY99 last night that was standard except for the backbox and I prefered it to the MY00 PPP I drove a month ago, says it all really! Don't know why I'm telling you all this though cause I'm in the market for a 99 soon myself and good ones are rare these days

Question

dunno why you prefer an MY99 to an MY00 PPP'd car cos the ecu for both the MY99+MY00 PPP is the same!
You mustnt have been driving it hard enough
