Default P0171 System Lean code

I have code P0171 coming up, I have cleaned the maf, changed plugs, checked for split hoses but I cant find the issue, O2 sensor was changed around 2 years ago but the car has only covered around 3k since then, its been sorned for the past year.

Idle seems a little rougher than before, the engine is rocking slightly.

Is there anything else I could check?

Sounds like its drawing air.

Check the turbo inlet hose where it meets the turbo they can split over time.

Also check for blowing manifold or downpipe, as this can cause it

If the exhaust/manifold is slightly blowing it is just an MOT advisory, but should still pass MOT if you have your cat's in place
