Default R160 or R180 Diff Help

How do I establish which is which by looking at them? Also need to establish if its a 3.9 or a 3.54?

Are the pilot/pinion bearings the same?

The letters on the diff will tell you what the ratio is & what MY car it's from. The spacing between the bolts on the diff will help you ID an R160/R180
