I was just wondering if maybe setting the DCCD to manual so I could keep it at 65/35 rear, would it improve my turning circle?

But then I remembered that it's rear-biased until you floor it, at which point it locks to give you better acceleration.

Can someone clarify this?

P.S. The turning circle in the scoob is bloody awful

Hi. The turning circle on your car is 11m. Changing the DCCD setting won't affect the turning circle.

 

To answer the question, no, nothing you do with the centre diff will improve your turning circle. That is defined by the max travel of the rack, when at full lock regardless of what setting the diffs at your turning circle will be the same.

When the diffs locked it will feel nasty/hard work/clunky, but youll still have that turning circle.

 

I really notice how bad the turning circle is compared to the other cars I've recently owned. Always catches me out when I turn into a parking bay and I'm 2 feet further over than planned!
