Paint removal???

does anyone know of any products that will remove specs of white paint off my car. T-cut doesn't work.
It's stuck on pretty good and takes the cars paint off if I try to 'pick' it off.

Have you tried rubbing compund? On my previous cars it's removed paint and overspray where needed?
Halfords sell there own one for about £3.50?
