But no scoobs this year.

Will look around at lunchtime to see if I can find the Pagani which is supposed to be here.

Nigel

PS I thought the badges on the Noble look cheap, but the rest of the car looks good

Unhappy

[Moan mode]

Probably owned by one of the thiefing gits from the insurance company at Canry Wharf I made the mistake of insuring my company with.. they said they were under written by Lloyds... but as it turned out Lloyds knew nothing about them..

So I had to pay two insurance perimums last year and there is about a 5month period where I was not covered as their policy was not worth the paper it is written on!!!! *** h0les!

[/Moan mode]

No 22B in the carpark then Chuckster?

I walked through a shop car park the other day..

3 BMW X5's... 3 DB7's... two porkers... one 355..several XK8/XKRs

Not bad for a multistorey carpark. All left with keys in them too!!

J.

ps - an X5 got stolen about 3 weeks ago.

The Zonda is sitting inside the Tower, North-East tower. Looks damn good, couldn't get hold of the salesman..but do have his mobile number if anyone needs to call him - mail me.
Damn 911 still has no space for 2 kids and a weekends worth of luggage

I'm going down to Cw this afternoon, gonna look at the EVO VII on the Wren Landing, and some of the TVRs. Shame about no Scoobs this year.

Thumbs up

I sat in a Scoob at last year's motorshow and that is what convinced me to get one. The new MY01. Before that, I was looking at the 306 GTi-6. Glad I made the choice now as I look out of my window at my MY99 Sonic Blue, WRC-spoilered, Dawes boosted joy machine.

Maz,

Yeah me too. I never really liked the MY01, till I saw one and sat in it at the Motor Show last year.

It was a very slippery slope from then on. I've now got a 01MY DBM - the Focus just had to go.

No regrets - yet!

It's a shame there are no Scoobs this year, or thinking about it maybe not...I'm skint enough as it is

Just been to the Lisbon motor show.

No Astons (sob)

Not allowed near the Ferraris or Murcielago. Former - yawn. Latter - drool... that paint finish...

Rover Concept much longer than it looks in the mags.
Saab 9-x much smaller than in photos.
Smart Crossblade really cute, but I worry about the exposed gas struts that control the "doors". Bit dodgy on a sandy beach?

Nice bit was a full Evo 7 shell on hydraulics, rigged up to a rally simulator with a plasma TV in front, so you could enact your own World Rally trials!

Unfortunately, the Evo 7 wasn't on the Mitsubishi stand, only the L200 & Pajeros (Shogun) there.

The Zonda looks the dogs.

Wonder if there's any chance of hearing it fire up?

Don't have the ba115 to ring the number on the card and ask!

If you think the badges look cheap check out the Mondeo rear light clusters - LOL Hell of a car, but £45k for ford engine, ford switchgear and no name is tough.
C
Edit to add - Just remembered what I paid for my scoob - ignore anything I say about value for money! LOL
