Default Hello!

Morning all,

I'm Rob, new member from London, first time Subaru owner and loving it so far. Got myself a UK2000 Impreza, took it in swap for a pimping LS400. Here she is, nicknamed Fidget due to the plate:

I've replaced the gash corner lights with OEM clear ones and changed the TMIC which was completely battered for an STI unit. It's got a few bits and pieces: Eibach coilovers; exhaust; Personal steering & Bride bucket. Enjoying being able to get over speed bumps for a change.

Cheers,

Rob.

I reckon so, yeah! I've had a few LS400's, modified not standard, they're great cars for looking a bit Yakuza-ey but I was itching to get back in a manual turbo and I'm glad I did.

I live in Ilford now, which is technically an Essex postcode I suppose. Lived in Walthamstow for many years prior, old habits.

Whereabouts are you from? I'm considering having the cambelt & water pump changed on it as I don't really know when it was last done - is it a dealer job or are there reputable specialists within shooting distance of East London?

It's not too bad considering it's seen circa 150k miles, the rear arches are bubbling a bit (which I gather is definitely not good news on one of these) but I've had it on the ramp and it's actually really very clean underneath.

I am on the hunt for a new near side front wing as it's got a fist sized dent in it though.

And south, I did reply to you also but it displayed a message saying my post was being moderated.

I'm based in Ilford, which is technically Essex. You? Any good specialists in the south east? I'm looking to get a cambelt/water pump done as I'm not sure when it was last done.
