Hiya guys I have a 2002 Subaru with an ej205 engine the bottom end has gone and I am changing then engine I got a forester engine ej205 but noticed there's a few sensors and what looks like an oil solenoid on my old engine and not on the new one will the forester engine still work in my wrx Impreza

Are you want to swap whole engine,not just short block/bottom end ?
Not sure what engine you have right now as some JDM WRX has have AVCS heads and they have extra oil feeds,but engines are interchangeable between the Forester or Impreza
