Afternoon boys
Got a set of heads that a friend is wanting to buy for xxx amount now iv told him what they are but he is attemping to put a un educated guess at me over a detail on them

So with no steering towarda a answer could some one please state what they think these are

without seeing the inlet ports its hard to say an idea of age but they are std style UK / WRX "over bucket" shim style heads..........

if he thinks they are STi or "special" then unfortunately not

The confusion lay in him bloody googerling mate, I have a few sets of heads on a shelf he's been looking through cam codes etc the heads above are obviously version 4 the set it was next too are version 2, he's seen everything is bigger (cams buckets etc) and thought they were Sti.

I haven't even taken his engine out yet although willing to bet it's done cylinder.

He thought he was getting the deal of a lifetime in short, I just went by cams n valves to know they weren't.

to be fair they will work far better than the early v1-2 heads regardless.........
