Should I Sell Scooby? Help!
Hi All.
Thanks in advance for reading, all comments are welcome.
So my dilemma! I own a 1996 WRX Wagon (Import) completely original spec with 70,000 miles on the clock. The only upgrades it's had are Powerflex bushes most of the way round and recently STI engine mounts. I've owned it for approximately 10 years, but now has come the time when I have to think about selling it due to new car (Boring Passat).
So my question to you all is.....Would keeping my Scooby possibly be a good long term investment?
I've read that original pre 1997 Imprezas are/will become thin on the ground eventually pushing prices up? Btw I have no idea what it's worth today?
Thanks

Keep it, the passat will bore you to death and eventually you will wish you never sold it. Use it less and running costs will go down too. Dont think you would find many classic wagons under 70k

Hmm it's a tricky one. If I sold it I could get the KTM I been eyeing up for a year.
Persuading the Mrs that I need 2 cars and a bike is going to be the trickiest bit.......
