Scratch Remover - Any Favourites?

Scratch Remover - Any Favourites?
Went to the immigrant car wash a few weeks back as my valetor was away, and they managed to create a lovely 15cm scratch on the bonnet, obviously from a stone stuck in their pikey sponges.
Its not horrendously deep, but it goes have a lip as my nail can catch it.
Thanks to Audi, as they use grey primer on a white car, so it shows up quite bad. The valetor had a go with t-cut and polishing it back in yesterday, but to no avail really.
Anyone have any luck getting rid of these type of scratches with any of the 'scratch removal' products out there?

If it's down to primer, you're not going to fix it with a cleaning product. Polishes/compounds will fill/hide and even remove blemishes to the lacquer - but they can't magic the paint back.
That said, a good going over with a machine polisher may round the edges of the scratch and prevent the light from catching it quite so easily, in effect partially masking the worst of it.
Smart repair or resprayed panel other than that.

Not sure if you have a 'auto restore' van near you....suppose they are like chips away and come to you.
Get a quote through the company and then have a word with the lad to see if he will do it off the books for a few quid.
I've got one opposite my house and he's a top painter and he charges me £50 for any panel
