5l XK is around 350bhp with a weight of about 1700kg so no match for a well sorted modded Scoob.
5l XKR is around 510bhp with a similar weight so things would get interesting I reckon unless your Scoob is seriously modded.
Looked seriously at XKRs before I bought my SL - they are no slouch.

Evo has them @ 380/380.

Was a 2010 XK.
Evo has them @ 380/380.
