Hi
First of all, its frowned upon to use txt spk on forums and people will just ignore what you write, if you cannot put the effort into writing properly, why should people answer you.
But I can answer your question, they are illegal, that's sorted that then

jap sign will make the plate illegal mate. also if its pressed the yellow section needs to be relective with non relective lettering. i make numberplates at work and the only legal signs to have on the uk mainland are the typical blue gb, george cross, scot flag, welsh dragon. however.... due to our extremely underfunded police force its unlikely youll get pulled if its anything like round our way. never see coppers for days on end especially traffic police

I thought about this a while back, a standard UK plate with an emblem of your choice on the left side where the flag would normally be. Simply cut the emblem off flag or whatever or score it as if it's 'detached' as long as the number plate is legal you can have any badge /sticker of your choice, 'political correctness' withstanding of course
