Default silicone hoses

I'm looking at buying a silicone hose kit for my 2005 sti, however the item says its a 2005 wrx, would these still fit or would they be different?
Ebay: 271660391331

I purchased a set of these hoses from same place for my classic - be prepared to trim some hoses - for instance top rad hose was too long causing a kink in the pipe. Nothing major but just means you don't get a factory smooth cut on the ends.

Apart from that they are ok, seem to do the job - you may have to tighten them up again once they have bedded in - I had to on my bottom rad hose as it was weeping.

Contact the seller to see if they do a separate kit for the STI? Although I'm fairly sure they are the same?

Because I'd prefer to cut the pipe slightly if required and save £130....

Cheers for the advice, I messaged seller yesterday but no reply and I was impatient and wanted to find out lol

When I got mine I contacted the seller and said about having to trim a lot of the pipes, and he gave me 50% refund which was pretty damn nice tbh. Cant argue with that

Oh you might have been just unlucky plus the new age ones might fit better but certainly worth remembering! Were they good quality?

Yer mine could have just been a bad batch i guess, the quality is actually not too bad, but tbh I haven't many other hoses to compare them too except the oem ones.
They have the woven material running through them like Samcos do, and feel tough.

I've only used them for coolant hoses tho, but mine have been on there for almost a year now with no issues at all - just needed to re tighten them up after a few days but that's it.

Yer - IMO fantastic value for money. I took a shot at them not expecting much, but they are pretty good for the money. No issues so far with mine.

Just looked at the description and the price is for 11 hoses

Sent a question to ask if they fit the 2.5, unless anyone else knows the answer

11 hoses for that price is pretty good I think! I presume they cover most of the main hoses?

Matt if you do need to trim them down then you can get a proper smooth factory cut if you use a little grinder i use my 4" one for all my pipes I have to trim and it works a treat ;-)

I did this morning yes, I've decided to pay a bit extra and use a company that can sting a sentence together. However after searching online, they will fit the STI

I'm going through these guys, replied same day and were very helpful! Also I'm if white aren't in stock, email them as they have a delivery coming in soon with all colours and they will hold a set back for you.

Yer agree I think Samco, as nice as they are, are just too expensive for coolant hoses.
The trimming I had to do was very minor, and in total cost me £25 as they refunded me 50% for having to trim them, not bad considering they do the job just as well and look just as nice imo

The old Samco Turbo inlet hose that came off mine we completely shagged and pretty poor quality. Could just have been an old design, but for the new one I went with Viper Performance.
