Default Brake pedal going to floor

Hey,

Problem with the brakes, if the engine is off, the first time I press the brake pedal it goes to the floor, next time I press it, it starts to get harder and harder. However when I turn the engine on, the first press goes to floor, then if I keep pressing it will build up pressure as normal, but if I wait even just 5 seconds before I press again it goes to the floor ?

Has anyone had anything like this before ?
It's not on my car it's my friends but he isn't a member of forums :-(

We have bled the whole system aswell, everything went normal when bleeding

Thanks

Could be an air lock somewhere or a problem with the servo. Bleed the brakes in this sequence :OSF, NSR, NSF, OSR.......... Hope you get it fixed

that sequence is back to front is it not? I always start at the point furthest from the master cylinder and work my way towards it. I agree that they need another bleed though.
