I have no problem with the Hella horns, much better than standard.

Just make sure you dont get the fake ones

Word of difference over the standard fitment I went for the PIAA 500Hz & 400Hz I preferred the look of these over the Hella ones

If you cusomize the fitting buy re-tapping new holes up by the bonnet release mechanism you can get a better view of them on a hawkeye anyway not sure what model you have

On my old classic I had some kind of full on truck horn fitted to it. That's 'cause I'm a c**t though. It was loud as heck!

This.
The originals sound too weedy, especially considering the type of car it is.

Had Sccoby Clinic fit some PIAA ones when it had it's respray. Much better.

It's worth checking both horns are connected, as one of mine has a loose connection

Just a quick question, why are impreza drivers so obsessed with changing their horns etc? Seems a really common thing to do, I never use mine. Genuine question by the way

If you never used yours "you answered your own question"

If you have you'll understand, Its not nice when people point and laugh at you when you have beeped the horn in anger

When I changed mine I was driving around looking for someone to cut me up or an excuse to use them, took 3 months before I had a genuine reason to beep at someone, the extra noise was worth it !! lol
