Question

Any one recommend a good rubber cleaner and replenisher for us on the door/window sills to keep the rubber from drying out and going a bit brittle?

cheers

Have you tried waxoil? it`s used for protecting and lubricating car undersides and internal cavities. It`s impervious to water, is easy to apply, clean, and is safe for use on plastics rubber metal etc. I bought some years ago to underseal my car but have found hundreds of uses for it over the years.
